Virtual Finance DirectorOur Virtual Finance Director (VFD) service aims to support charities which require the expertise and experience of a fully qualified finance director but do not want the costs of employing a member of staff. This service means that charities can use their VFD on an ad-hoc basis as and when required, for example to help with annual budgeting, reforecasting or year-end planning; or, they may come in every month to work with senior management and the board providing high-level & strategic financial reporting.
