If you are a small charity, we have used our experience and knowledge to develop a comprehensive fixed-price financial package for organisations with an income of less than £250,000 per annum. It enables smaller organisations to access cost effective financial expertise and increase their financial efficiency, whilst working collaboratively with a skilled financial operations team and qualified accountants.

This service for smaller to medium-sized charities incorporates all standard accounting processes, and supplies you with a high quality quarterly automated management information pack at a cost of £333 per month*.

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable – standard procedures
  • Accounts receivable – standard procedures
  • Monthly payroll processing (including year-end filing)
  • Automated accounts pack produced between 5 to 10 working days following month end
  • 48hr turnaround on queries via email using service desk email address

Management Information Provided

  • Quarterly automated accounts pack with budget variance
  • Detailed transaction report
  • Aged debtor summary report
  • Aged creditor summary report
  • Annual audit file (excludes drafted statutory accounts)

Requirements

  • Online banking facility (we can set up)
  • Standard chart of accounts
  • 1 level reporting
  • Electronic information exchange
  • Defined opening position for balance sheet
