Overview
The course shows what management information the chief executive needs on a frequent basis, who should provide it and when it should be provided. It also explains what information needs to be communicated to trustees on a regular basis and how best to deliver it.

It also looks at how to keep all stakeholders up-to-date with critical management information by way of key performance indicators (KPIs), 1 page summaries and trustee dashboards – and so ensuring they’ve the right data available to make fully informed decisions.
