One example of training work undertaken by Charity Business has been with WWF UK on the implementation of a shared services project with its international colleagues. Charity Business provided the necessary training and development of the team so that they would be able to undertake the project themselves in the future.

In addition, work has been carried out on various mergers between charities wishing to simplify procedures making them more accessible and cost effective as well as benefiting from an increased pool of knowledge and resources.

How do we begin?

We work with you to initially identify the areas of training that need to be provided. Using our project methodology approach we feedback to you areas where we feel there is the need for further training. This can then be scheduled into your training plans based on your specific charitable objectives. The feedback we use is both from participants and overall response to the initial training session.
