Susan Gordon (Head of Marketing & Communications)

Susan has worked for four years within the charity sector providing strategic financial planning support to a range of voluntary organisations. Previous to her current position, Susan, a qualified chartered accountant and the holder of a post graduate diploma in management, has had 13 years of experience in senior management positions within BSkyB, retail and accountancy practice. Susan is the initial contact for charities and other not-for-profit organisations ensuring that their requirements are understood and suitable service and product options are identified to provide support for growth and development.

Marie Baker (Operations Manager)

Marie has 10 years' experience in Customer Service in various managerial roles including managing and running her own business. She is responsible for financial processing. This includes all the processing elements related to a finance function, and administration which encompasses customer service, fulfilment and other non-financial outsourced operations. She is responsible for delivering an efficient and reliable outsourced operation and maintaining high levels of customer service. She works closely with the other senior managers to ensure new clients services are effectively adopted through Charity Business procedures. She is also responsible for developing solutions to processing and service level agreements, quality processes, monitoring and reporting on performance in relation to client service level agreements.

Karen Atkinson (Head of Consultancy & Reporting)

Karen, a chartered accountant, has over ten years of experience within the not for profit sector, most recently within Historic Royal Palaces, where she was Head of Financial Accounting for five years. This role involved implementing various strategic projects and systems along with the reengineering of processes to ensure an efficient and effective finance function. Karen is responsible for a team of consultants and management accountants who provide reporting and consultancy support to Charity Business clients.
