Our senior management team personifies Charity Business - knowledgeable, professional and committed to the charity sector.

Marie Baker (Head of Operations)

Marie has 10 years' experience in Customer Service in various managerial roles including managing and running her own business. She is responsible for financial processing. This includes all the processing elements related to a finance function, and administration which encompasses customer service, fulfilment and other non-financial outsourced operations. She is responsible for delivering an efficient and reliable outsourced operation and maintaining high levels of customer service. She works closely with the other senior managers to ensure new clients services are effectively adopted through Charity Business procedures. She is also responsible for developing solutions to processing and service level agreements, quality processes, monitoring and reporting on performance in relation to client service level agreements.

Robin Middleton (Head of New Client Acquisition)

Robin has worked in the charity and not-for-profit sector for the past 5 years.  Prior to Charity Business Robin spent 3 years working for a national housing association in a senior business support role.  A qualified management accountant he has worked in various different industry sectors, including House building, Recruitment outsourcing and the ‘not-for-profit’ sector.  He is responsible for running the ‘New Client Acquisition’ projects; making sure new clients data, processes and procedures are migrated from the clients previous systems to Charity Business as quickly, smoothly and efficiently as possible.
